Wow. So rude! I just called and said I wanted to enquire about availability. The guys response? What are you on about? HOW RUDE! When I explain Im asking about availability of campervans and ask is this actually a camper van rental business, he starts wittering about prank calls. Im not surprised you get prank calls from people. Theyre probably ex-customers who youve upset. When I said I dont care about his receiving prank calls and was about to say I dont wish to be spoken to like that, he told me to hang up the phone then, and promptly hung up himself. Mate, youre one of the rudest service people Ive ever come into contact with. Youre like one of those obnoxious idiot owners on Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares who doesnt have any sense of customer management or even personal respect and appropriate behaviour. How on earth can you run a business where you talk to customers like that? If this is your level of respect for customers on the phone, I dread to think how your hire service would be. You just lost my custom and I hope others go elsewhere. You dont deserve to take peoples money with that level of contempt for customers.
