Appalling - avoid at all costs. They have lost important forms, not followed up on complaints, forgotten medication and do not seem to care.

My family and I have been with Tower House Surgery for over ten years and it has been a largely positive experience. Obviously no place is perfect. For instance, I have been due the NHS Health Checks for the last eight years and never been booked by Tower House which would have been disastrous if I had not been nudged (by the same Tower House, bless them lol) to go for a fluke HBP check. However, their doctors are positively wonderful, caring, and committed. Previously life-threatening asthma was brought down to manageable levels. Dr Foord, Dr Dallimore, Dr Shah, Dr Annetts, and hosts of other doctors and of course the very cheerful nursing staff really care about their patients so I will stick with them and try navigate the 8am and 2pm appointment lottery!

One of the worst GP practice that I have came across! Human life has no value for them! You can not get any appointments and staff on reception are unhelpful and unpleasant! Doctors making assumptions without consulting the issue with patient even though there is a risk of cancer! This practice is so wrong in many aspects! My advice is to avoid it, anyway you can see the the star rating by others! Shame on you GP!
