I have been in to the branch on several occasions and the staff are all amazing polite and know how to make me feel comfortable. I have brought many lingerie sets and nightwear etc and have been happy with all items brought. The manager is excellent at knowing what colours suited me and helped with correct sizing and what underwear would suit me and there was no embarrassment at all. Infact the following week I purchased more items and was greeted with great usromer care. All staff were great polite funny and more than helpful great shop great staff great lingerie. One happy partner to haha SONIA (ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER)

First time going to Anna Summer in a while. I need new underwear and want something pretty too. I must of spend 10 minutes looking around before buying two matching sets. When I went to pay the lady was so rude! She said, "finely finish looking have we, about time! Now let's get you paid and out!" If wasn't for the fact I wanted to buy underwear I would off walked out. After paying she wiped down the till area with her hands and said, "Nice and clear again." I was blown away. And walked out feeling like I don't want to come back.
