        My bank suggested i have a feature removed from my call package but O2 never heard of it. My granddaughter sorted it!!!

        I don't normally write reviews for phones however the staff at this store compare to my Uxbridge branc are useless. I will be making a complaint to the manager formally. Updating this review. Useless. Deliberately getting my security password wrong and bank cards wrong. They lock put my account for 2 hours. Majority of them can't even speak English. Will never be back and I'll visit my Uxbridge branch
