We had a great experience from start to finish. They were very patient during the design phase when we made a number of changes before setting to the design we ordered. Mr Asharaf provided us the required comfort and assurance which is so very important during the process. As you would expect from a German brand, the cabinets are of high quality. Everything was delivered on time. We did have a couple of issues but everything was sorted promptly. I absolutely love my new kitchen! Afia designed it and worked with me and my husband who had very different ideas! I wanted a country look and he wanted a modern look. We all came up with something that suited us both! It was really important for me to have a cooking space where I could entertain guests too! I have uploaded pictures but they do not do it justice it much better in real life! I was recommended Kutchenhaus by our installer. We looked at quite a few companies but only Kutchenhaus combined good value, great quality and the ability to listen to our requirement (which was not straight forward) while providing thoughtful insight in to how the plan could be improved. Fantastic company, amazing service, professional staff and a brilliant end product. I would highly recommend Kutchenhaus, they were very professional, informative & offered up great solutions for my requirements. They were forthcoming with any ideas, prices for alternative solutions, offering impartial honest advice. I found them very patient with me as I required a lot of input to ensure my kitchen was as practical & functional as possible. The product they supply is incredibly well built & way better than their competitors & at an affordable price.
