Sample Sampler
Absolutely no sense of customer acknowledgement, let alone customer service. Just wanted to get a car looked at as it was a serious emergency for me and the car broke down right outside this garage. But the mechanic had no compassion nor the willingness to even help. He said come back in 2 weeks. So I should take 2 weeks off work due to no transpory and just put my feet up?
