In my experience and my opinion their repairs are often not done well.
IMO their management staff are unprofessional and laughable (I was told it's company policy to not give out their directors name)!! Really!!?? Never heard that before.
I would most definitely not recommend Chiltern lifts to anybody and most certainly not for residential properties.
