        Says they open at 9am , but they never are

        You're supposed to call them for online orders to check it's ready but in the 5 times I have used them they have never once answered - you drive there and they are rude and unhelpful and you end up having to drive there again before finally getting your order. Worst service ever

        Very poor. Always seems to have locum pharmacists. Slow service. Unfriendly. Not open on weekends.... I could go on. Went to get an over the counter medicine the other day and they wouldn't give it to me. Had it given from a different pharmacist in another store. Ended up going down the road to the Asda pharmacy and a much better service. If you have a car, I'd avoid this place and go to Asda where you'll get a much better service.

        By far the worst pharmacy I have been. Over the last week I have been to collect my prescriptions 4 times in a week and none of the prescriptions were ready on time even after a day. Once I got there 15 minutes before the closing time and they told me straightaway that I need to go to another pharmacy to collect the medicine because they are closing whilst they should have already made my medicine ready as the prescription was sent to them in the morning. On another occasion the prescription was sitting with them 2 days and they didnt make my medicine ready when I went to collect they made me wait 15 minutes and then told me you have to come back after 2 hours because pharmacist is having lunch at 2pm. This was a regular medicine I get from Lloyds!!! Ridiculous. 17-02-2023: Another update, again today I went to collect my prescription. the guy told me that their computer is down and I cannot have my medicine today which means I will have to collect them on Monday. These are urgent antibiotics I need and I am unable to seek help from a GP either as they are closed and 111 do not provide help on new prescriptions I have to go through the whole process of out of hours GP assessment. Extremely frustrating. This pharmacy needs to be shut closed.
