Sadly due to covid restrictions I have not been able to visit the home since my grandmother was moved there. However, staff have all been wonderful in providing detailed information and assisting with communication. Anna-Marie and Kim in particular are wonderful staff members and nothing is ever too much trouble. My aunt was able to visit and told us my Nana looks very well cared for and it was obvious she felt safe. I was advised the home is immaculate and very welcoming. So far, fantastic care.
