a perfect job from start to finish, very tidy, very professional. Neil visited us to assess the work that needed doing, and spent about 1 hour with us explaining options and checking current system, we received a detailed written quote, arranged a date for install very soon after the quote. Neil arrived when he said he would and on time, the whole job was finished to perfection in 1.5 days during which Neil ensured that everything was working properly by checking and rechecking. Also had an electrician attending to check that wiring was all fine. I wished we had come across Neil and his company years ago - would have saved us years of misery and money, but now we finally have a reliable boiler and a brilliantly working system in a warm and cosy home, thanks to Neil and NBB Energy. I have used Neil's services a number of times. Originally for repair to my old central heating boiler and then for installation of a new boiler. Neil gave an quotation for this and delivered it as promised. He has just responded within one day when my mains water supply developed a leak and carried out an efficient repair. He arrived at the time he had given me, carried out the repair and left everything in a clean and tidy state. I can thoroughly recommend his services as competent and efficient. Neil at NBB Energy came out to install our new boiler a few years ago which subsequently developed a fault that appeared to baffle a multitude of other engineers that Corgi Homeplan sent out to fix, over a period of 15 months! On inspection he diagnosed the issue straight away and took time to explain everything to me despite the fact that the repair would be done by the manufacturers as it was still under warranty. I have found him to be honest, reliable and technically great both times he has visited and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. The most recent time he came out I also noted that he was very respectful of Covid precautions and wore a mask throughout the time he was here.
