Really bad experience and not worth the money I spent. My complete kitchen project was nightmare and lost most of my time and money. Few things to be mentioned during our kitchen-order with Howden: 1) During our design, we have been told to deliver the corner wall cabinet. But we have been delivered two separate cupboards and we were asked to make them as corner cupboard which we could not do it at the end as they have not even given us appropriate doors for them. 2) Low quality drawer-kit was delivered and when we return it and replace with metal-drawer kit, they have refused to refund the money for the existing one as the product was not wrapped in the same way when it was delivered. We believed on them to deliver metal-drawer as per the design, but they have changed to low quality-kit after the discount applied to the product. They should have been transparent to us before they are cutting the cost in the name of discount. 3) Low quality hinges supplied with the cabinet instead of Soft-close. Again, they were not transparent on this, So we had to buy them separately by paying extra. 4) One of the cabinet door has been ordered separately as it was missing from the initial quotation. But they have asked me to come and collect on next day as they have not had stock on it. When I went next day, I was asked to go and collect it from Windsor branch on my own. It cost me extra labor and time. 5) Dishwasher has not been delivered on time though they said it has been delivered already. Later they found it and delivered the dishwasher separately. So, I had to ask my builder to come another day to integrate the dishwasher. So, the whole project was messy and so much tense as I had to spend most of my time to find the alternatives to give the support to my builder. In the past, I have had Bathroom done with different suppliers and I never had such a bad experience as I encountered with Howden. I will strongly recommend not to visit this branch to save your time and money. Moreover, please ensure the product quality after the discount gets applied as they may go to low-profile without much transparent.

I had an issue with a Lamona tap which was still under warranty as it was a year old, the manager Steve was useless and rude telling me it was the professional fitters fault and that is why the tap must have stopped working a year later. He also suggested I pull the tap out to take it to the store. he had no suggestions what to use in the meantime whilst they would investigate what the issue might be. Steve the manager has zero customer service skills, but of course he could sell me another 400 tap whilst they take their sweet time with a warranty claim. Thanks for zero help!
