Theres is no words to explain how bad this company is !! In all my working Career I have never been treated as bad as I have by this company !! They had my car for 5 months nearly half a year to fix minor problem. The car came back with mould on the seats. They would never give me updates on what was happening they didnt even know what they where doing. They had every excuse under the sun ! The women on the front desk was a monster and had terrible customer service. I got recommended by my insurance company. Im telling you dont use this company dreadful !!! Service: Body & Trim

I would give a minus star if it would be possible. Customer service absolutely terrible, avoid them as much as you can, after waiting 2 months my repair was cancelled. Someone hit my car and the 3rd party insurance company uses AD Williams, they booked in my repair in September for 25th November, after I have sent them all the photos. 2 days before my repaid was supposed to happen I was called saying that my repair is cancelled because I haven't submitted the photos. i have told them that I have proof that I sent the photos and she said she doesn't care, she hasn't got them and the repair is cancelled. after I called the insurance company who called them to advise not to cancel the repair I have sent photos with the damage via email as requested by the insurance company, i got a response back from the garage saying they are not sufficient, i have provided what she requested and i never got a response back.
