Great carpet at a good price. Customer service was initially good whilst choosing carpet and measuring up. Carpet fitted well with only a tiny bit of collateral damage to skirting boards. BUT THEY LET THEMSELVES DOWN by not clearing up afterwards. The fitters left in a hurry, leaving us to clear up half a black sack of fluff and carpet sheddings from the fitting process. On phoning the office, I was told that it is not their policy to do any clearing up. An industrial vacuum cleaner would have handled this in minutes, but it took hours with a Dyson and dustpan and brush. I wouldn't be happy if a carpenter left behind a pile of sawdust, and I was equally unhappy that the carpet fitters left behind a pile of fluff and carpet sheddings.

Awful customer service still waiting for a call 7 weeks after measurement and chasing twice. Went in store was ignored for 20 mins, a older couple came in and salesmen pounced on them.worrys me why I as a young adult got ignored.. horrible business practice
