        I've just upped my rating. I still don't like the layout but over a series of visits I'm finding the staff not just helpful but friendly with it. But it goes further than that - to trust. The guy in front of me at the till wanted compost, paid for it and was told to back his car up and load it straight in. Compare that to b&q the week before where they told me I would have to get a trolley and bring the huge bag in to the till to pay before taking it back out to my car. The homebase guy at the till summed it up perfectly, "if you trust no one you can't be trusted" or something similar.

        Lovely big store, staff were great, looks like they need some more though. Half the products don't have prices and half the products are on the wrong shelves/hangers.
