Domino's Pizza - High Wycombe - Loudwater

If I could post 0* purely on customer service I would. Despite being open Until 11PM I rang at 10:45 and the gentleman who answers just said closed and hung-up. Personally would prefer for someone not to answer!

Ordered via the app. All was going well with the tracker until it said it was delivered. Called to find out where my pizza was and left on hold for 15 minutes with no reply. Food finally arrived, driver was polite but said he had no idea why it was marked as delivered. Pizza's were OK but not as expected due to the lack of toppings. I will not be ordering from Domino's again.

It used to be good back in the day, now the pizzas taste awful, too much sauce on the base and hardley any toppings. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered a deal, had to pay 2.50 for delivery and guess what, pizza turned up looking like it had been on a rally stage, they also forgot the drink and the chicken sides was not cooked. Asked me to come into store, what a joke. Told them I wanted a refund and he agreed but we will see, if not Ill post the pics of the raw food and quality on social media! Shocking quality
