It was time to upgrade my vape system today, and I cannot praise the lady behind the counter highly enough, very friendly and knowledgable, she even set my new kit up for me, which saved me reading the manual. Very highly recommend the store and will 100% use again, thanks 5

I visited the shop this afternoon,bought a full vape kit with extra juices The lady was so helpful,set it all up, ran me through charging,topping up,changing coils ect, she was Great,and knew her job very well,why cant more shop keepers be like that.Many Thanks to you!

Sold me a used vape as new, it had over 2000 puffs on the counter, had marks all over the part your mouth contacts where they were using it, found a hair In the box, bought 3 juices, 2 of the juices lids were already opened, could have been tampered/probably used and would not refund, also didn't refund correct amount for returned vape which was pretty basic subtraction but by this point I was just happy to be leaving I have opened a case with trading standards
