        Matt Simmons really helped with my order,,,,, he highlighted I hadnt requested items Id had before and rely on. Very grateful. All of the team have been brilliant right from the beginning of my stoma and Matt today just typifies the service. Cheers Matt and all.

        Placed my order over 3 weeks ago explaining it was quite urgent. Called 2 days ago to ask where my order was and was told that it had been placed on hold pending a non essential item coming into stock. Told them that it was urgent and to please send asap. Was told would be delivered yesterday and today I find that it will not arrive for another 4 days as someone has deferred until after bank holidays. I won't be using Securicare again or thier preferred carrier DPD! No empathy whatsoever just buck passing.
