        I have dealt with creative memorial for a very long time . They did my mums memorial stone 25 years ago . We have had it cleaned etc and can not thank them enough for the work they have done to it . I asked if it could be back in place for her anniversary and yes it was . Ive never had a problem with contacting them in any way .

        Our headstone was illegible and not cleaned, this company seems to be always on voicemail if you have an issue. I wish wed chosen someone else for such an important job. Oh and now theyre billing us for putting things right. Avoid!

        I have attempted to contact Creative Memorials by telephone now FOUR times since July, I had to leave a voice message on each occasion as no answer. To date no one has returned my calls. If this is the service now what would it be like further down the line in dealing with them ? Would not recommend from my poor experience
