Duplion

I used to order 1000 discs a year from Duplion. I recently needed some duplicated discs urgently and explained that and was told it would take a few days. 11 days after I paid I was told they are 'being dispatched tomorrow' and I was told that duplicated discs are generally mailed within 7 days?! - I asked for a refund but none was offered. They eventually cancelled the order but no refund yet. They gave absolutely no apology for the fact that they mislead me and I lost a lot of money by not getting my discs when they were promised. very bad customer service. Apart from that a lot of the discs I order are scratched - especially at either end of the shrink wrapped bundle. I would avoid using this firm.

Placed an order for duplication and within a week they were ready for my gig. Customer service was great as well helped me go through my order with ease . Deffo thumbs up for quickturnaround and really good quality printing.

I used Duplion to manufacture a run of 150 CDs. There were very clear instructions and technical information on the website, and excellent customer service to iron out anything I was unsure about. The product came out perfect, and very promptly (well under the 8-9 days I was told to expect). A rare perfect experience, thank you

CD duplication. Excellent service. Various packages on offer enabling effective completion of projects with varied budgets. Straightforward instructions on design and formats. Support was understanding and efficient. Project confirmation and completion process was quick and easy. Delivery of product was completed effectively using excellent courier service with tracking allowing for last minute instructions. Product arrived in good order looking and sounding great.
