        The tools and service are second to none. I accidentally ordered the wrong part Within minutes My email was answered And my problem was solved.It's nice to have a quality tools made in Britain .Some say it's overpriced but you buy cheap you buy twice.Durston Is not just for Christmas it's for life ha ha : ) To all of the team Keep up the Great work.

        Shocking customer service. I rang to query stock availability and pricing and mid conversation the lady I was speaking to said "ok bye" then hung up. She was very rude through out the whole call.
