Do not use, response time is appalling, constantly asking for people to ring you back who never do. Service is much worse than it was 4 years ago.

Browns were so slow at getting back to us we would go for a month until we would hear from them the only way to get a quickish answer would be calling them. They would only send one of us the information needed. We finally completed on our house in January. We were contacted in July saying we need to pay extra money from When we sold the house. We understand mistakes could happen so contacted them asking what this money was for etc. they never replied after many times they tying to contact them. Now they have contacted my ex partner (not notifying me) at end of November once again asking for this money that we have chased them about but they couldnt reply.

Excellent service on residential conveyancing from Jo Jones and her team. What really helps is their team approach so anyone can deal with your query. So service is not affected if one of them is away or on holiday. Ive used them for 5 transactions over the last few years. They are also very competitive on price.

Great service. Sandra and Jo from the conveyance team were fantastic in helping us complete on our property. Working against a tight deadline, they were both pro active in answering our emails promptly and keeping us up to date throughout. They are an asset to the company. Brilliant!

Absolutely shocking solicitors. I was selling a flat to first time buyers and had no onward chain. Despite advising it would take 10-12 weeks it took over 5 months! A friend in the exact same circumstances as me took less that 4 weeks selling with a different solicitor I never got to speak to an actual solicitor either until the final month because every time I called they were on lunch and despite promising to call me back they never ever did. When documents were finally sent through for me to sign there was the wrong sale price on them or emails that were supposed to have attachments didnt actually have any documents attached. I know we all make errors as humans but when youre paying an extortionate amount for supposedly a professional service you dont expect these mistakes to be made. I had to chase everything including chasing management packs as the solicitors had no interest in doing anything to progress the sale. They took over a month to even look at the enquiries raised by the buyers and they only opened the email to look at them because I called in near tears to ask them to. Do not recommend- incredibly slow and unprofessional.
