Toby was very effective and is clearly knowledgeable within the conveyancing field. We used the services of Allan Janes to help us provide clear and concise research on our complicated title deeds relating to restrictive covenants. The report received hit the nail on the head and answered all questions that we posed to Toby. Even though price was slightly higher compared to other quotes we had received, the quality, due care and attention is well worth it, particularly when you need to get down to the bottom of something.
