        Awful firm - The freeholder of my property uses them as a firm for management packs. Service level apparently 5-7 working days, we are now on 22 working days. Strong likelihood this is going to cost me the sale of my property..... Don't reply to email. No one answers the phone or replies to voicemails. Full on joke....

        Again should be zero stars am considering referral to law society about fraudulent reporting of status of an account which has been paid but this delightful unprofessional group of Shylock havent registered it as satisfied in the county court so action being started soon.unless they do the honourable and just thing.

        Horrendous to deal with, utterly unprofessional on the telephone - the worst legal firm I have ever had to deal with. A management pack that should of been released in 10 working days, took 12 weeks and almost cost me my house sale. Avoid this legal firm at all costs!!.
