I previously gave this firm 5/5 and that was solely based on Joe since hes left the experience Ive had has been shocking ,it went from being the best Ive dealt with to the worst Kirstie Hughes must be the worst person Ive ever dealt with in my life a simple question asked and she cant anwser it and hangs up and this is from a client that has bought multiple properties using them I would think twice using them again and I will personally never use them again .
