Far from impressed with the after care and customer service - their focus seems to be on closing the deal and moving on to the next sale.

Had a test drive booked. Turned up promptly with my son (who had driven 2.5 hours to get there for his test drive), checked in with the receptionist who let the salesperson know we had arrived. He was busy with another couple so we waited. After 20 minutes they left so did the salesman and the receptionist. We waited a further 20 minutes with no-one around and decided after 40 minutes they were having a laugh. So we left and took out 30,000 budget with us. Their loss. Another Kia dealership will get the business.

Not sure if they wanted sell me a car or not. Put no effort into talking me through the vehicle features. The car I was interested in was priced at over 23,000 was not clean or well presented. They made me the lowest offer for my car than any of the 6 other dealers I visited. And there parting shot to me was that there derisory offer for my car "would reduce day by day...'. I won't be going back.
