        called to talk about driving instructor insurance, talked to someone who clearly couldn't care less. Quote was 100 more expensive than 3 other brokers. Wouldn't recommend

        Tried to get a quote. Arranged for someone to ring me on a Saturday morning, I phoned on the Friday afternoon to see if we could bring the appointment forward but was told as it was only 10 minutes until they closed this was not possible, was told by the Customer Advisor that they would make sure someone would phone on the Saturday as arranged. I worked my Saturday morning around being available for the phone call, but no call. Despite sending an email the following week, I have had no reply or apology. Terrible Customer service.
