My husband has been with them 50 years, look at how we have been treated after all this time.
We have always paid extra for a car hire if we had an accident,which was a another car hit the back of our car and has admitted liability.
They have had two full days to arrange this and it just hasn't happened We have been told now we have to wait until after Easter we cant have the hire car that we have paid extra for, until next Thursday, so eight day without a car.
We have recently moved 1.5 hours away and we had been invited to various family events on the four days of Easter with our family, which we now cant attend.
What a dead loss!!!
