Gray's Inn

Visited for my birthday treat with a friend and was very disappointed. Was shown to a table in a room that was freezing cold,most diners were eating with their coats on. Ordered two drinks of lime and soda which was so strong we couldnt drink it. Menus were given to us and the two were completely different and quite expensive and not varied. We chose to leave as we werent warm or comfortable and went to The Wimpy in Bourne End which was at least warm!!!!! Wouldnt visit again.

Booked to have a Sunday Roast here after having a drink and the owner saying they do one of the best roasts. Boy he wasn't far wrong, we had the chicken where they bring out a whole roast chicken with Yorkshire puds, roasties and bottomless gravy ! You can see from the pics that it is as delicious as is looks, the whole family enjoyed and to top it off it was very reasonable. Will be coming back again for sure ! Place is clean with a lovely fire, staff are all friendly and the service was great. What's there not to like :P
