Scammers, purchase products from them , thermostat broken after 2 months, send them emails to claim repair or replace. No single reply. Beware ! No cheep tools to buy when they dont come with any warranty !!!

Shocking customer service! Beware that their returns policy is 7 days, not 14 as in most places. Explained on the 7th day that I have thought it was 14 days and that item was bought for a charity, would not budge at all to issue a refund. Not going back to them ever again.

Spoken to Darren and Sam from thermosense direct after my first purchase for some of advice, they went above and beyond their call of duty and im very happy with the customer service. GREAT!
