        I have been very happy with the service from the staff at twenty11, whenever I have reported any issues I have always got a quick response and had issues resolved promptly.

        Poor communication to the tenants and they do not talk to each other with in the company. They let durg user live in thier properties and only kick them out when they can't pay rent
