This company are the best for ironing. I was reminded of that today when I had to use another since I think BH are still on lockdown. They are so friendly and efficient. They pick up the ironing within hours and drop it back mostly within 24 hrs. Their communication is brilliant so I'm hoping they will be up and running soon as no one else compares. Thanks guys for all the great service.

Busy homes positions itself as a family run business, the owner in the photo no longer runs the company - the standards they claim to achieve are not real and when you raise concerns, they hand your key back rather than address them. This team assigned to me were caught out when my daughter stayed at home on the day they were due. On complaining about the quality of cleaning which was poor, no attempt was made to address the concerns - watch security.. ask for verification of who is entering your home as they do not advise you when they make changes. This is a real shame as when the current owner took over, her approach was in stark contrast to her response to the recent concerns raised. I think she has grown too quickly, doesn't have a decent team and I would not be surprised if I am not her only complainant.. I would not recommend them...
