        Absolute cowboys. Backend admin workers from hell. I asked for a second opinion from a professional, I swiftly received a threatening phone call from the admin stating I was wrong to do so. That was followed up with an official letter to tell me to find another surgery if I didnt like the first opinion. Avoid any GP owned by a larger company, in my experience.
