Been shopping in boots for a longtime, but unfortunately couldn't believe my latest experience was so bad. The lady at the till who served me was unbelievable, I gave my student discount and she interrogated me like some kind of criminal, like seriously you either accept and give discount or you leave it. She made me feel really uncomfortable. Only 2 weeks prior I'd shopped there and my card was accepted. She told me the card had expired, but she only read my date of birth as expiry date. What a silly woman. Cant belive how boots recruit people. Must be really desperate.
