Priory Surgery

Apart from waiting delays, the receptionist are very rude and does not show any concern whatsoever when they speaking with you. I work in the NHS and my job requires to be compassionate and caring even if we are unable provide service needed. It is uncalled for to sound uncaring.

Had an extensive surgery in my mouth last week in London. Phoned 111 as I was in extreme pain this morning and a lovely Doctor from the surgery called me and wanted to see me within an hour. I didn't have to beg borrow or steal he could see the pain I was in and was aware I possibly have an infection. He gave me new medication contacted my team in London and both agreed SMH AandE was not the right place for me and helped me get an appointment tomorow with GST in London for possible IV antibiotics he gave me a list of things to look out for and reassured me. This is patient centred care. Wish there were more doctors out there like him and not the receptionists who sat there for 40minutes while I waited moaning about various different patients.

Rude, impolite and frankly a waste of time trying to get help. Simply avoid - your life will be far better without!
