        Spent 40 minutes on hold for an appointment and when I finally get through they hang up on me so I have to call back and go to back to 32nd in the queue!

        Absolutely impossible to get an appointment, 'you are 58th in the queue' the voice on the phone says - 45 minutes later 'you are 10th in the queue' and then the call is cut off so you have to start over... so I guess I'll just suffer this pain then with no 'professional' help. Thanks for nothing Cressex Health Centre
