Woeful support - poor end result. The constructed large Very expensive conservatory. Inside fitout - outside all glass. floor has sagged, gutters all leaking, roof leaks, and sliding doors wont close due to sagged building. they REFUSE to do anything, claim its another company built it called APQ- owned by same people. con men and scum . Single Story Extension and cloakroom refurb. Work over schedule by 4 months due to non attendance of contractors. No guarantees provided, therefore in breach of contractual agreement. Various work carried out prior to agreement and unreasonable charges for additional work. Additional charges for deeper foundations but work not carried out, this was confirmed by building inspectors notes. Incorrect coping stones used on extension roof, which will cause long term water/damp damage. Incorrect installation of floor tiles causing these to crack weeks after installation. There are many more issues we have had with this company. Currently awaiting a building inspection report from the Ombudsman. Please note one of the positive reviews on Google is from the Main Director Adheel Maqsood. Update to reply from APQ 01/09/21. Since my review Which Trusted Trader and Checkatrade have both stopped endorsing this company. The independent building inspectors report arrived and there points clearly in our favour (Coping Stones laid incorrectly, broken tiles, cracks on first floor). The report was passed onto APQ who refused to accept and carry out further work to rectify their own faults. The Ombudsman could not enforce anything on APQ because they had now left Which Trusted Trader. Hopefully other potential customers will read my review and save themselves the stress and headache that we have been through.

We have had an amazing experience of outfall remodelling refurbishment of our home, kitchen was outstanding and the bathroom was beyond our expectations. .
