I firstly have to say I didn't actually eat there or buy a drink there.
I had an a most extraordinary experience there and 2 weeks later nobody from head office has contacted me..absolutely applaud by this...let alone how it's made me feel..I have researched how to contact you ...and o my that's a difficult one and nobody at your head office of premier answers the phones....

Went here for lunch and thought I'd give it another go. I have to say I was pleased with both service and food.
Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult along with drinks.
Portions were of decent size and the drinks selection was decent. Changed from a 3* to 5*
Booked this place for lunch. After being seated it took 30 mins for our drinks order to be taken. We ordered our food at the same time to save the futher wait. The waitress tried justifying the delay in taking the order to attending to a party of 17.
Ordered 2 courses,t food was good.
Had to ask the waitress to take another drinks order as we were sitting waiting with empty glasses.
The bill came with a service charge which was a bit cheeky since the service was really poor.
For the service I would give a 2* however food was a 4*.
