        Really Sad to see this Gem of a grocer gone. I have fond memories in the main going to buy veg and fruit over many years as a customer. It's boarded up now.. I actually went to Kirks shop next door with my Mum today. I had a chat with the owner and we bought some biscuits and chocolates. The owner has no idea if planning permission is going to be granted. How horrible is that. Not knowing what's going to happen to your livelihood. Sad. I really feel for the lady owner.

        It's open in the mornings. Excellent produce, excellent service. You can't actually access the shop because of covid atm but there's a counter across the doorway where you can get served. You can clearly see all of the produce from there. Customers are always socially distancing outside. Very well organised and they always have everything i need.
