I ordered foam online from this company to reupholster my dining room chairs. On receiving the material, I was extremely disappointed and annoyed to find that each width and length of material was 5mm smaller than the size I had asked for. Obviously, for such a project this means that the material will not cover the base of each chair. When I contacted the company I was shocked to receive a curt email informing me that on the terms and conditions it states the Tolerance Policy. As a customer I was never made aware of this upon purchasing the material and once I was made aware of this, it wasnt easy to find this information on their website. Furthermore, is it just a coincidence that the foam is 5mm smaller rather than 5mm larger? If this is standard practice on each piece of material, this constitutes quite a saving for the company over time. They even suggested that I take the foam out of its package (box) and it might grow on each side. Perhaps I should have planted the foam in the garden and sprinkled some Miracle Grow on it. What a joke! Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from this company. I am left 30 out of pocket and with 6 pieces of foam I can do nothing with. They also havent even replied to my last email. The old saying, measure twice and cut once is quite adept in this case. Be careful of using this company!

Easy on line ordering system for size shape use etc. Prompt delivery and information on time slot Without the easter discount code thought they may be a bit expensive however fitted perfectly made vast difference to garden chair comfort. Well done every body

I ordered 3 pieces of foam for my back sofa cushions as I was sick of constantly fluffing up the fibre and them still looking tired. I ordered on Friday expecting a Monday delivery and they arrived the very next day! Perfect size and excellent service. They have completely transformed the look of my sofa and no more fluffing!! Im very happy and saved me the expense of a new sofa, would definitely recommend!

Bought some reticulated foam for outside use, but ordered the wrong type on one piece, but the team were very helpful in rectifying, and I now have everything I need so a very happy customer, would recommend. Delivery was prompt, and DPD text and email me in the morning to let me know an hour window of when it will arrive so you don't waste the day.
