I ordered same day flowers and chocolates for someone in the morning, only to receive an email at 10pm that night that the order would be delivered the following day. I understand that during this pandemic, things would be slower, which is why I checked the website prior to ordering to ensure I had up to date info. There was nothing on the website to say there would be an issue. The flowers were delivered the following day, nothing like the photo at all and the chocolates were missed off the order. I keep being promised a refund for delivery and the chocolates but after 4 weeks, it doesn't look like it'll happen.

After arranging for a very special place to stay in Stow on the Wold to celebrate our 42nd Wedding Anniversary. I needed some very special flowers to be there on our arrival. Looking on line I chose `Amelia` florist in `Stow` based on the reviews I read. Choosing is always difficult long distant but after giving general details I left it for the person I spoke to, to make the final display for my wife. And what a display she saw on arriving in our room. It is one of the best arrangements my wife has had for a long time. A Beautiful display, a Wonderful Service and at a price that will take some beating. If we lived nearer my wife would always receive her regular flowers from `Amelia`s` I thank you again for helping to make that day extra special for her. Stay Safe all of you. Regards Graham J
