        I originally left a negative review in regards to this company mis diagnosing my fault and not returning my money. This must have had an impact as i got a call from Credit Controller Florin Secuianu. He was very polite and very professional in making sure that I was reimbursed for this. He constantly phoned me to apologise and made sure my money was back in my account. It is for this exact reason that I will use this company again. Thank you too Florin for sorting this. Brilliant work
