        The company has gone out of business which is why they didn't answer my call. I later found Graham who worked for them and he did an excellent job very promptly.

        Graham was really helpful removing a cheapo Insinkerator unit that had died.

        In the end I didn't need a visit, but on 3 occasions they spoke to me on the phone and advised me what to do, and would have come if I had needed them to. I was reassured by being able to talk the issue through with someone.
