Utterly atrocious. My daughter had to wait weeks for her Chromebook, and even now, months into the new school year, we still haven't received the Dell Active Pen. I'm a customer who's paid in full - I guess they've already had my money. Maybe they treat those on a payment plan better, but I doubt it. Also, theirs is the first website I've ever known that only operates during business hours - ridiculous company! They don't even answer the phone, or have an answer machine. It just rings and they cut you off.
