Refused to take my heart pain serious because of my age and job- turns out I have an arrhythmia. Refused to send me my doctors medical notes for my complaint to ombudsman. Offered me hrt and betablockers over the phone with no tests or discussion of health - dispite above chest pains and numbness in hands and arm. Just to name a few. And don't expect a response from the surgery manager as they will seemingly block your calls and emails. So if you don't want care, honest skilled treatment, or appointments this is the place for you - RIP I have moved my family

I'm waiting to make an over the phone appointment, I have been number 1 for half an hour and still waiting which isn't right

Terrible communication for test results and failure to let patients know when needing reviews for urgent medication Some receptionist do try and nursing is good. But Chiltern House need to sort these issues out asap. Not happy
