Riverside Surgery

Had an amazing experience with one of the nurses today I think her name was Emily. Had my first depo injection and wow she was so thorough with explaining the pros and cons and so so attentive! Couldnt of asked for a better service, you can tell she does this job because she cares and not just because shes getting paid, really great job!

We came here to register as new patients and lady on counter was very Rude She said we dont accept bank statements which are printed online (which doesnt make sense to me )if you opted for paper save option you will only receive online statements They have wasted 2 weeks she said go and register somewhere else Rude Receptionists this is why your score is that below

I have been a patient since 2014 and never had any issues with this GP surgery. I call in the morning, soon thereafter I get a call back from one of the doctors and then I am being seen or get the medication prescribed and send to my chosen pharmacy. Doctors are friendly and supportive. Recommend it

I used to hate calling the doctors because of the receptionist that was here, since they have changed its so much nicer, they are very friendly which is very important when your a worrying mum with a sick child.
