        Cherrymead is a very busy surgery. However the level of service is always kind and courteous. Getting a routine apt can be challenging as the surgery feels a little over subscribed.

        Been ill for two weeks, had bad cough low temperature, hot and cold sweat, 111 app adviced to call 999, after checks ambulance advised to contact GP then call cherrymead Surgery, to book an appointment no spaces available, next day called 2min after 8am, no appointments third day no appointment, what the hell is going on with this organisation, I pay N insurance for 17 years and been to doctors once, lost many days with no pay, all I need is just antibiotics to kill the virus, but no one care, scrap this health care, will cancel NHS pay as is absolutely disgusting
