Kingswood Surgery

It's very unfortunate that this surgery basically refuses to see patients. And often it's child patients clearly by the reviews, why are they refusing to see child patients so much?!. Once you are seen I mean it is effective I won't say all the receptionists are causing this issue but I will say I think the issue is more some of the receptionists rather then the actual service.

Spent a hour a 10 minutes on the phone got through and just kept on ringing for another 30 mins, changing doctors so bad

I must say the turnaround has been impressive. Reception professional and welcoming (a big change). Face 2 face available, GP/nurse attentive, caring and professional. Keep up the good work thank-you.

Got pushed out of my old house due to cost of living, trying to get set up here, but reduced my medication and denying me doctors signatures to fill out council tax forms to get government help for issues my previous doctor had already signed off for the last half a decade. Now being threatened with court action as a result from council. Shocking service
