        A friend of mine visiting from America had forgotten her medication. The receptionist this morning was so helpful and we picked up the prescription the same day. Other surgeries had refused. Not sure why. Big 5 stars to Highfield Surgery.

        Never been an issue, used the online "Ask First" symptom checker online last night for an issue I needed sorting today and I had a call back from Dr Davis by 11 am this morning. Perfect, cannot ask for more from an NHS service

        Wonderful surgery- all staff seem very caring and professional, Ive never struggled to make an appointment using the Patient Access App or calling reception and my referral was processed in lighting speed!
