Incredible surgery. Ive never had any problem getting seen, staff on reception are fantastic, GPs are great and the Klinik online booking platforms is extremely easy to use. Cannot understand the negativity from other reviews.

Lucia is a very skilled phlebotomist, who manages to get blood out of me when others cant!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the practice but am unable to contact anyone at any time when I am free i.e. before I leave for work, over lunch hour, or after work. I have therefore had to use the Patient Access system to request changes to my medication, which as a Type 1 Diabetic are extremely important, but nobody from the surgery ever responds to let me know whether or not they will be changing my script/reorder options and it is only when I manage to get to the pharmacy that I found out whether or not my medication has even been requested!

I am aware of the frustrations with trying to contact the surgery by phone. I have encountered the same long waiting times but fully understand the pressure on the receptionists especially if they have a patient with a long winded enquiry. However, Klinik works extremely well and I have aways had an excellent, timely and appropriate response from this service. Equally, visiting the surgery and speaking to receptionist have been a good experiences.
