Dr S W Hussain - Wye Valley Surgery

This is worse gp surgery in High Wycombe. Doctor Hussain is really unprofesional and rude. If you do value your health stay away from this surgery.NHS gone down the hill , its time to look for a private gp.

Appointments are rushed and there is a lack of professionalism with a select few doctor's, unfortunately they can appear uninterested and are often unable to provide reassurance if patients are genuinely anxious or worried about an issue. According to the automated telephone message their receptionists are "fully" trained to answer general queries regarding patients, but when asked something they usually speak directly with the on duty doctor to seek resolution which seems contradictory... 1 of many poorly managed GP surgeries in High Wycombe.

Have been having back issues since september aswell as other symptoms. kept telling me.it was sciatica. Had several face to face and phone consultations but only one doctor did any sort of examination. Turns out it's a very large slipped disc and nerve compression in lower back. Felt like doctors weren't listening to me. Took several appointments before they agreed to send me for an MRI scan. Finally got referred to a specialist at diagnostic centre who was absolutely amazing. Most of the receptionists are rude apart. Wye valley used to be ok but have seriously gone down hill over the years...

Very Bad experience on few things: 1. I am on regular medication for Blood pressure, When I requested repeat prescription on first occassion it took them nearly a week to approve request. So I was without medication for couple of days! 2. Second time when I order it, they rejected it without any reason!, Called them after waiting about 1 hour on call, They have no idea why it was rejected. Initially they asked get the emergency dose from pharmacy... but How can I get without prescription ! after explaining in detail agreed to issue a prescription. 3. my Daughter had Blood test and was deficient in few parameters , they didn't bother to contact us, And I assumed everything is alright that's why I didn't get any call. I called after a while and found out ... and now I have to take appointment with doctor for to get prescription for her!. Not a great service anymore... used to be good earlier...
